[Bug 1408478] [NEW] Removal Request: Move to universe from main

Public bug reported:

These 4 packages are co-dependent on each other:
libnss-ldap is no longer maintained upstream*
libpam-ldap is no longer maintained (same company as above)
ldap-auth-config/client - Ubuntu specific packages to help configuring, last updated in 2011

Release: Vivid onwards, these packages are in universe.

Rationale: aside from no longer being maintained (and having a good
amount of unfixed bugs), sssd is the preferred way to authenticate to
ldap. Additionally the universe libnss-ldap*d* package is better than
this one in many respects.

Reverse Depends:
ldap-auth-config - zentyal-users (universe), python-schooltool.ldap (universe)
Suggests to either ldap/ldapd - pynslcd (universe), cipux-rpcd (universe)

Eventually (sometime after 16.04 maybe?) we'd likely want to get rid of
ldap-auth-config/client and revert to Debian's packaging of libnss-ldap
/libpam-ldap.

Discussed here: https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/ubuntu-devel-
discuss/2015-January/015266.html
