  ubi-console-setup failed with exit code 2

Bug description:
  After clicking the continue button for the timezone selection the
  above message box is shown with an option to try again. Try again
  continously fails, and continuing causes the installer to crash on
  "Configuring keyboard". Bug #1377688 looks related.
