Hi,

please make renice in command line tool top more userfriendly: Show hint
for nice value

if you hit "r" for renice, you get this question:

   Renice PID NNN to value:

Most people new to linux don't know what to input here.

Please give a hint show what range of numbers is valid.

And,  I think the default value should be the max. nice level.
