[Bug 1415149] [NEW] update-apt-xapian-index error on startup, leads to module cannot be determined when trying to report

Public bug reported:

Running Ubuntu 12.04.5 LTS, each time I restart Ubuntu, I get a Crash
Report window saying the application update-apt-xapian-index closed
unexpectedly.

If I select the option to report the bug, I get another window saying
"Invalid problem report - could not determine the package or source
package name". Then both windows close.

What I expect: No problem dialog. I think my update database is also not
getting correctly updated too, as I've had to manually update things
etc.

Also: I expect that when an "invalid problem report" is generated, that
it would send what it can anyway. This form seems to know about a module
named apt-xapian-index, so it seems like it should be able to generate a
useful report, to me.

** Affects: apt-xapian-index (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
