This looks to me like it's behaving properly: the requests are going out
to the right tftp server, on the tftp port; and do seem to be prefixed
with /grub/. Are you saying a correct path would be something more along
the lines of '/grub/grub/grub.cfg' on your system?

I think you would probably want your prefix to be set to
"(tftp,10.10.1.13)/boot/grub"; since a generic call to grub-mknetdir
creates /srv/tftp/boot/grub/*; and one would expect the tftproot on the
TFTP server to be set to just /srv/tftp.

  Grub requests for files to tftpserver are not prefixed with tftproot. Though 'prefix' variable is set. This is being observed in UEFI boot mode. This leads to boot failure as grub is unable to fetch grub.cfg
