Triaged/Wishlist, since it's a "new feature" of sorts, but it should be
simple enough to execute that there's no reason why we shouldn't just do
it and close the bug asap.

Title:
please include libGL:i386 on the amd64 desktop images
Status in livecd-rootfs package in Ubuntu:
Triaged
Bug description:
While we have multiarch support in the archive, we continue to produce
our images using packages from only a single architecture at a time.
It might be useful to include some i386 libraries out of the box on
our amd64 systems.
In particular, for LTS images it seems potentially useful to have the
i386 libGL installed, because it needs to match the currently-
installed enablement stack and the package name changes for each
enablement stack.
