If you are using UEFI, then it doesn't matter what you choose, but
according to your original logs, your disk does not have an efi system
partition. Did you use manual partitioning or did you choose the use
whole disk option?

Title:
raid0 gpt uefi install failed on grub installation. uefi boot
  problems.

Status in grub-installer package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
Cannot boot LUbuntu 15.04 after UEFI install. I have installed
bootloader on the partition where linux resides, on the dedicated boot
partition for linux, on the first efi fat32 partition...

Now when trying to install bootloader on /dev/sda grub installer
crashed and whole installation is gone. Not really sure if /dev/sda
should be really there as an option because I am using RAID0..
