Bug description:
  first this bug is reported with dpkg as a problem when crossinstalling packages which require same dependency. This shouldn't happen. If a package is installed, then other packages requiring same dependency should be warned automatically.
  More annoying though: This comes up repeatantly as an error message even long time after installation procedures have taken place, again and again. Please handle.
