You partitioned /dev/sdf with an ancient dos or windows partitioning
tool that did not leave enough room for grub.  You will need to either
repartition it, or instal grub to another disk.

  with graphical installator, or, with commande line (sudo grub-install --root-directory=/home/ubuntu/temp /dev/sdf), same error message : 
  Installing for i386-pc platform.
  grub-install: warning: your core.img is unusually large.  It won't fit in the embedding area.
  grub-install: error: embedding is not possible, but this is required for RAID and LVM install.
