Most odd, I've just done this on 64 bit desktop okay. I'll try the i386
as soon as I've posted my pass result.

Title:
  no option to auto-resize

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
During isotesting of Lubuntu, I did not get any option to auto-resize,
only upgrade 14.04.2 LTS, erase 14.04.2 LTS, erase the whole drive,
  and 'something else'.

It was not possible to run the testcase 'Install (auto-resize)'.

(Furthermore, the system 'found' Linux Mint, but it was only a trace
of an erased Linux Mint iso file and maybe some configuration file.)
