  Can't upgrade from 11.10 to 12.04 using update-manager -d

Status in update-manager package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When running update-manager -d I get an error saying that a package is
  marked from removal, but is in the blacklist.  I got this on unity-2d
  first, but manually removed this, and now get it on another package.
