  Set up lts-vivid flavours for all d-i targets in trusty

Bug description:
  Subject says it all. We need d-i to support installing the lts-vivid
  kernel, as we did with the lts backports in precise.

  Test-case would be to try the vivid-* installers to make sure they
  install the right kernel (and at all!), and to test the non-vivid
  variants to make sure they didn't regress in installing the proper
  kernels.
