Bug description:
  software-properties 0.92.37.3, Ubuntu 14.04

  1. Open System Settings > "Software & Updates".
  2. Choose "Additional Drivers".
  3. Wait 30 seconds.

  What you see:
  2. The text "Searching for available drivers..." centered in the box, but no other hint of progress.
  3. A list of drivers.

  What you should see:
  2. A progress bar, if the driver search has determinate progress; otherwise a spinner.
