[Bug 1469339] [NEW] ant load I Reloaded Ubuntu desktop 14.02 from bootable USB the Install Completes with fatal error " grub-install /dev/sdb , /dev/sdb1, /dev/sda & /dev/sda1 all failed now I have no Laptop and I dont now how to load grub install manually

Public bug reported:

originally i got error sudo apt-get update not found the community pages
said I need to reInstall from bootable usb so far I tried desktop 15.02
& 14.02 both failed to load grub-install  .    I tried on my primary
SATA 500GB /dev/sdb & /dev/sdb1  also tried Secondary disk 2TB /dev/sda
& /dev/sda1 all failed to load.

I am in the middle of job huntingand this is my only PC , Pleases Help
ASAP
