[Bug 1469344] [NEW] Unable to chainload Windows 10 (UEFI/SecureBoot)

Public bug reported:

With SecureBoot Enable, grub2 is unable to chainload Windows, always end
with /EndEntire ... File not found). If i disable SecureBoot in the
bios, It work.
