  Can't install 15.04 from dvd or usb's. I've tried multiple usb sticks

Bug description:
  When it starts to copy the files from usb or dvd it complains and asks
  to create the dvd and usb at a slower speed. I created a dvd at 4x
  speed and the usb there is no way to control the speed. It copies some
  files and then it dies.
