Title:
  package virtualbox-guest-utils 4.3.10-dfsg-1ubuntu2 failed to
  install/upgrade: package virtualbox-guest-utils is already installed
  and configured

Status in dpkg package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  I am a total newbie and I do NOT know the procedure/protocol when
  reporting a bug. All I know is that I was trying to install TOR
  through the software centre and all hell broke loose.

  I got a number of "Crash report" windows, a few "System program
  problem detected" windows and then I was offered to join Ubuntu One
  and then Launchpad was installed.

  Sorry but that is all I can tell you.
