Re-tested with a NVidia GeForce 7600, same problem as with the 8400:
hangs forever just before the selection window where I can choose
between the automatic and the manual partitioner. Therefor, I was not
able to verify the "manual partitioner" screen rendering using this
videocard either.

Bug description:
  In Kubuntu 15.04 Beta-1 the manual partitioner renders the screen incorrectly.
  First you see nothing, after "wiping" the screen with the mouse-pointer some buttons become visible.
  See attachment for screen layout after wiping with the mouse-pointer.

  - Kubuntu 15.04 Beta-1, amd64 dvd-iso.
  - Tested on a HP XW8400 workstation with a NVidia Quaddro FX-1500 PCI-E video adapter.

  Please contact me for further information, I am a senior UNIX administrator for profession.
  I can tell anything about this test-system, it is free for testing (even re-install) purposes in case further debugging needs to be done or a bugfix needs to be tested.
