Upon creating a automatic loopback interface alias cloud-init-nonet will
hang for 120 seconds every time the machine boots.

cat > /etc/network/interfaces.d/lo0.cfg <<EOF
auto lo:0
iface lo:0 inet static
  address 127.0.0.2
EOF
