[Bug 1429404] [NEW] Typing 'stop' to terminal ends desktop session

Just a small usability problem.

Atleast under my kde session, $UPSTART_JOB is set to 'startkde'.
This causes that executing '/sbin/stop' in terminal automatically kills the running desktop session, forcibly closing all applications.

This is quite easy to do accidentally by pressing enter too soon when typing a command.
Kind of like 'killall' command on old unix distros, which has fortunately been fixed since.

Not sure if this can be fixed on upstart side, or if every single
desktop environment should just clear the $UPSTART_JOB variable to avoid
this happening.
