  Include completion for upstart jobs in service command

Status in zsh package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  The current completion def file for service command does not include
  completion for upstart jobs though the command as stated in man
  handles both sysv init scripts and upstart jobs. Here I include a
  patch to fix this. Please consider merging it into zsh-common package
