Thanks for your answer but why did you mark this as invalid?
The error message stated (in French) that this had to be reported as a bug here.
That's why I did so.
I've also attached the dist-upgrade folder as required too.
What did I do wrong?

  I tried to upgrade from 10.04 LTS to 12.04 LTS and it failed with messages below.
  What should I do?
