Maybe we can modify the policykit rule to allow the guest user to allow
guest user to run the privileged operation, however would this cause
potential security issue?

  Triaged

Bug description:
  usb-creator-gtk 0.2.34, Ubuntu 11.10

  1. Start a guest session.
  2. Try to use Startup Disk Creator on a USB key.

  What happens: An "Installation Failed" alert appears. "An uncaught
  exception was raised: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/tmp/tmpdMygVO'"

  What should happen: It works.
