Your EFI system partition is corrupt.  You will need to repair it with
either dosfsck in linux, or scandisk/chkdsk in windows.

  grub not installing

  Invalid

Bug description:
  I tried to dual boot Ubuntu 14.04 LTS on Win8 with a 105 gb HDD. 4gb
  for swap and 101 gb from /. The grub doesnt install and shows fatal
  error but never gets installed.
