13.04 is end of life and no longer supported; please use 14.04 or 14.10
instead.

  Standard dual  boot on HP Pavillion 15 N-211DX Laptop w/ UEFI.

Bug description:
  I did not use any obscure configurations. I did not try to mount my
  NTFS partitions, even though superfetch and fastboot related services
  are turned off in Windows 8.1. The installer just crashed.
