Mar 23 daily ISO build for Ubuntu 15.04 fails to install (network configuration fails)

---Steps to Reproduce---
 1) Start Ubuntu 15.04 installation as a Power VM guest. I have used Mar 23rd Daily ISO

e6f80e5497cab4440ffab14a11cc4de5  vivid-server-ppc64el-mar23.iso

2) While configuring network interface following error is displayed

Following messages are displayed on the console while trying to configure network interface

This is horribly broken :)

Wondering if it has anything to do with the recent updates to glibc
(several patches for powerpc), in 2.21-0ubuntu2 [1].

I'll try to verify or ask for Fernando to kindly grant some of his time
on it.
