  live CD press enter to reboot does not work

Status in plymouth package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  On Kubuntu vivid beta 2 running a live CD then shutting down I get a
  plymouth screen with the Kubuntu logo and the text "Remove
  installation media and press enter to reboot" (paraphrase) but nothing
  happens on pressing enter it just shows forever
