[Bug 1437871] [NEW] No install for a new LVM encrypted Ubuntu OS

Public bug reported:

If i like install ubuntu, ubiquity will not write the changes correctly
on the HDD. The DVD is newly burn and correct. K3b have verify the
written data. The MD5 hash from the ISO Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS file is
correct, too.
