[Bug 1437985] [NEW] cant install ubuntu dual boot with win 8.1

Public bug reported:

i use an hp pavilion. I disabled the uefi, the fastboot/secureboot,
deleted the hibernation mode. Then i made a partition, and with the live
cd i tried to install ubuntu making 2 partitions, and failed. Then i
trieed with 3 partitons, and the same error. Can someone help me please?
