[Bug 1450781] [NEW] Wireless USB keyboard does not work when entering password on encrypted disk

Public bug reported:

This happened when upgrading to 15.04 with the kernel version 3.19.0

The keyboard works in grub, but when I'm asked for the password to
decrypt the disk it does not work. It happened before but it was fixed
