[Bug 1210982] [NEW] install box has erratic size when expanded

During installation of elementaryos-stable-amd64.20130810.iso I noticed
erratic behaviour of the 'install' progress box

Installed via virtualbox 4.2.16 on xubunu 13.04

I elected not to download updates, but did select 'third-party packages'

Language and keyboard were set to "English - US", and I chose
'Melbourne, Australia' as my location
