Your EFI system partition is corrupt.  You will need to repair it,
preferably using windows' chkdsk.

Bug description:
  Dell XPS 14
  I've disabled Intel SRT and de-allocated the RAID.
  There are no fastboot settings on this laptop that I can find.
  The real bug is that this situation can't be found earlier in the install
  and some log messages indicating the problem are not emitted.
