  Update manager error "Sub-process /usr/bind/dpkg returned an error
  code (1)" while dist-update to oneiric

Status in update-manager package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Only used the system upgrade gui.
  It loaded arround 2 GiB of packages and had done around 90% of the installation process.
  Then a message apeared that said that the upgrade can not be installed and that I should report this bug.
