Status in update-manager package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When upgrading from Kubuntu 11.10 to 12.04, it gives me the error:

  The package 'update-manager' is marked for removal but it's in the
  removal blacklist

  Then it ends and doesn't allow me to upgrade.
