I believe this bug was split out into individual bug reports on each of
the affected packages, and that these were addressed for 14.04.2.
(E.g., powerpc-ibm-utils has version 1.2.22-1 in 14.10, and
1.2.22-1~14.04 in 14.04.2). Marking this as resolved. If there is
still something needed, please reopen and clarify what updates are still
needed.

Bug description:
In order to support 14.04.2 in Power bare metal (NV), the following
RAS packages should be upgraded in the 14.04 repository (as in the
same level of 14.10).
This is the list of packages and the target version that we need, so
