The release upgrader disabled all your sources.list entries because it
didn't know about trusty. From VarLogDistupgradeMainlog.txt:

2014-07-30 14:50:16,378 DEBUG entry '# deb http://de.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ trusty-updates main restricted' was disabled (unknown dist)

That's probably incorrect of it but you also should be using trusty in
your sources.list file if you aren't running it.
