[Bug 1453502] [NEW] Menu bar entries aren't closed if they are clicked again

I'm using Ubuntu 15.04 with git-gui 1:2.1.4-2.1 and if an entry in the
menu bar gets clicked it does open but clicking an entry in the menu bar
again doesn't cause it to close. Maybe git-gui could support closing
menu bar entries on a second click.
