Public bug reported:

As soon as I plug in an usb stick or usb drive of any kind my cpu load
goes up to 100% on each core same time (no matter if I mount it or not).
This cpu load takes up to 60 sec and then everything is fine again. If I
unplug the stick and switch in again the same happens again. I do not
mount the stick during this load. But even if I do it won`t change
anything. It takes around 15 seconds until I can access my usb stick /
usb drive.

If I then want to access (mount) my already plugged in usb stick later
my cpu rises again on all cores up to 100% and again it takes up to 60
sec until the load geoes down again. Again the two processes are udisksd
and dbuis-daemon.

This did not happen before. My PC has this problem since around 4
months.
