Title:
[PATCH] Enable tuning of EXT images produced by lb_binary_rootfs

Status in live-build package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
We are currently moving to building CPC cloud images using Launchpad's
  buildds.

A requirement for the CPC images is that (a) we produce EXT4 images
with 4k blocks and, (b) that the images are resizable online to 2TB.
The attached debdiff provides config options which allow us to do just
  that (from our custom livecd-rootfs).

It also applies the existing disk labelling option to disks produced
  in lb_binary_rootfs.
