  booting in insecure mode,ACPI exceptions in dmesg, stuck at splash

Bug description:
  at the start displays "Booting in insecure mode" i press some random
  button  during splash animation ,which opens a visual terminal loading
  all process succesfully except"ntp failure use systemcl for info" and
  i get past splash to lightdm greeter  or else stuck at splash.
