Bug description:
  When starting Emacs I get this error message in *Messages* buffer

  Error while loading 50dictionaries-common: Symbol's value as variable
  is void: debian-aspell-only-dictionary-alist

  This is due to a fault in dictionaries-common 1.20.5 and it is corrected in 1.22.6
  (see https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=741706)
