  [Procedures]
  1.Try to use “SP_MDT_v3.1348-HY” to flash DUT
  2.

  [Expect results]
  using the flash tool  “SP_MDT_v3.1348-HY” to flash tool can flash successfully.

  [Actual results]
  Used two DUTs(vegeta), three computers, and flash tool “SP_MDT_v3.1348-HY”;
  cannot flash DUT via using “SP_MDT_v3.1348-HY”

  But using the flash tool “SP_Flash_Tool_v5.1343.01” to flash tool can
  flash successfully.
