Title:
incorrect decimal separator in German install

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
With the ubuntu-15.04-desktop-amd64 install (and most likely all others, too), when having selected German as the language, the system states that a hard disk of at least "6.6 GB" is required. However, in German the decimal separator is not a point but a comma, so it should be "6,6 GB". Please note that the same is true for certain other languages such as e.g. French (I didn't check whether the same issue comes up when selecting French as the install language).
