Bug description:
  I installed ubuntu 15.4 which ended installing ubuntu 14.10 ,this all
  from windows,and it did not install perfect, that means I did not get
  access to the system,but I got an option of using the myme system
  which I did and reinstalled from there and it also appeared to fail
  and there is where I am now.
