Public bug reported:

This laptop is my old one (Dell XPS Inspiron Gen 2) but did well in the
previous old IDE HD for Lubuntu, but this time I replaced and installed
Lubuntu 15.04 with a new HDD called IDE SSD 128GB. System interupted
while insstallation was almost done and stated that the faulty could be
from CD or HDD, and advised me to install at slower speed but I couldn't
configure that speed in BIOS.
