The issue is resolved, thank you very much!
I only had to clear the package cache with the command and that was it.

I was trying to use Inkscape on my computer which runs Ubuntu 14.04
LTS. It wouldn't work so I uninstalled it to reinstall int and it just
wouldn't download the package.
