Public bug reported:

I'm using direct kernel loading from UEFI firmware.
Initrd is specified in initrd kernel parameter.

After update kenrnel from 3.19.0-31-generic to 3.19.0-32-generic I
cannot load system with new kernel. It reports that intrd cannot be
located and loaded. 3.19.0-31-generic works fine.

This happens already second time: first time it happend with
3.19.0-30-generic and was fixed by next update on 2015-10-06.

** Affects: lupin (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
