Status in system-image package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  devel currently is ubuntu-touch-utopic which is not even a live channel
  devel should alias ubuntu-touch/vivid
  devel-proposed is an alias to ubuntu-touch/vivid-proposed

  We'd like this clarified as we update documents and training for
  developers
