Public bug reported:

I just tried using the usb startup disk creator in 15.10 to create a usb
boot stick, and after copying the files, it said that it failed to
install the boot loader. After clicking OK and closing it down, I am
unable to unmount the usb stick apparently because it associated a loop
device with both the .iso image and the squashfs.filesystem on the usb
stick, and left these open.

** Affects: usb-creator (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
