It looks like there was a failure to communicate with your mirror of the
Ubuntu archive.

That mirror of Ubuntu seems to be available so it is likely an issue
with the network which you were on when you were trying to upgrade
Ubuntu. I recommend investigating your connectivity to that mirror, or
switching mirrors.
